Hair Tips

How to cut my lace ?

Make sure you cut lace in a jagged/zigzag line so that the line of demarcation is less obvious and blended

How do I match my lace with my skin tone?

You can use a lace tint that matches your skin tone, your foundation by lightly applying with a fluffy foundation brush or a lace tint foam that matches your exact skin tone.

How do I keep my wig from sliding off?

Each wig has a band and combs to prevent from sliding but you can also spray your lace with hairspray or glue down with lace glue, lace spray or lace gel to keep lace in place and provide extra support.

How do I get the natural hair line look?

Our wigs come pre-plucked but before wearing wig make sure the hair is plucked to your liking, feel free to pluck additionally if the hair is not plucked to your desire. Before installing hair make sure the edges are hot combed back. Place wig on your hair and adjust to fit, peel or push back lace behind your hairline and add lace glue, lace spray, lace gel, or hairspray to your hair line, allow to get a tad tacky and repeat steps if necessary (or you may skip step if wearing your wig glueless). Fold lace back over hair line and using a hair dryer and pin-tail comb to press in the lace to the glue carefully. When semi dry add a scarf or melt band until fully dry, remove scarf or band and at this point you can cut and add baby hairs or style as usual.

How do I get that extra flat/laid look?

Using a hot comb with caution as well as a little bit of hair wax to flatten the hairline and roots of your hair can give you the perfect laid look. Spraying hair spray and using a dense brush to brush hair flat can also help you achieve a flat look.
