Refund policy

At Luxer Hair, every unit is carefully crafted and customized with care. Because of the nature of our products, we maintain a strict no return, no refund policy, with limited exceptions. Please read carefully before placing your order.



General Policy

All sales are final.

Refund requests are only accepted within 3 hours of purchase if the order was made in error.

Refund approval is at the sole discretion of LuxerHair management.



Refund Deductions (If Approved)


If a refund is approved:

A non-refundable labor & service fee will be deducted.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Remaining funds will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days.



Custom Orders & Color Policy

No returns or refunds on custom units.

Custom colors are created using LuxeR Hair’s formulas and will not be 100% identicalto your inspiration photo. Variations in tones and shades are normal.

If you are not satisfied with the shade, Luxer Hair offers one complimentary color correction. Refunds will not be issued for color dissatisfaction.



Damages & Wrong Items


Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your unit arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.



Exchanges


We do not accept exchanges.



European Union Customers


In compliance with EU law, customers in the European Union may cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. Items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.



Refund Processing (If Applicable)

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Banks or credit card companies may take additional time to post refunds.

There are NO Exchanges


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

 If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
